Monochrome Admin: flippy

flippy is responsible for sections within monochrome -- whether it be handling a request for a new section or passing one onto a new moderator, providing a one-stop-shop for all topic-related needs. He also demonstrates extraordinary control over the denizens of the recreation (<R>) menu.

When not embroiled in section-related shenanigans, flippy enjoys nothing more than an evening of cribbage at the WI, ferrying elderly members from all corners of Essex on the back of his motorbike (which doesn't have a name -- suggestions welcome).
