This includes racist and other discriminatory comments.
If you feel you are being abused, ask the offender to stop. If they do not, please email monoadm@mono.org with a subject of 'complaint'. This goes to the current complaints admin (tugs) and will be treated with the strictest confidence.
Users are obliged to read the Message of the Day, and are also advised to read the Information section (<I> regularly.
Offensive language is not permitted outside files marked 'X-rated', or private conversations between explicitly consenting parties.
Each Monochrome account is allocated to ONE person only. They are not for use by anyone else.
You must keep your registered email address current. We will not divulge this to any third-party except where required by law to do so. We reserve the right to send you email for administrative purposes. From time to time, we may also send you information about Monochrome via email - but you can choose not to recieve these newsletters.
Users should keep their edits relevant to the file concerned, if they do not do this may have their edit permissions revoked.
Information placed in Monochrome without a previously asserted copyright or existance in the public domain will become the property of Monochrome. This information may be logged, and may be randomly sampled. These logs will not be made publically available.
Staff & assistants are subject to these conditions of use, and have an additional code of practice.
